The Hamburg Rotary Club was entertained with delightful Christmas music by the Hamburg Middle School special chorus at their Dec. 18, meeting. The chorus was directed by Christine Ryan their music instructor. The music was enjoyed by all who attended.

David W. Fisher of Fisher Forge gave a very interesting presentation of his work which included forging railings, Antique Reproductions, Blacksmith, Brass and copper.  Elaine Swaverly was the program chairperson.

Deena Kershner (L) updated the Rotary Club on Our Town Foundation.  She  shared the vision of the community if Elm Street funding can be obtained.   She invited members to stop and look at the art work in the gallery. She spoke about the Blue Print Community projects that have been completed. Christine Roth (R) was the program chairperson.  

Mike Brady (L) gave an interesting program on his hobby of Restoring Cemeterys in the area.  Charles Hafer (R) was the program chairperson at the Oct. 9, 2008 meeting

District Governor Bill Weber and his wife Sue make thier official visit to the Hamburg Rotary Club Sept.25th

The Hamburg Rotary Club annual Golf Tounament at Willow Hollow Golf Course on August 15th.  Allowed our Club to raise $5,600.00 which the club earmarked to help the following organizations that support our communities in times of need. The Salvation Army, The Greater Berks Food Pantry and The Berks Food Bank.  Representatives from each those organizations recieved thier checks at the September 11th meeting of the Hamburg Rotary Club
