Every project from small to large have the following stages
Good Project Management...
To Qualify to submit funding applications for District and Global Grants, clubs must have members that have attended a Grant Management Seminar
District 7430 each year at the Rotary Foundation Seminar (see District Calendar) will hold a Grant Management Training Seminar.

Additional Grant Management Training Seminars will be scheduled from time to time and in various formats including webinars.

- Develop a plan to implement your project
- Understand how to create measurable goals
Good Project Management...
- Assures real community needs are met
- Have a good implementation plans
- Have Frequent partner communication
- Are to some degree sustainable
- Assures proper stewardship of funds
