We would like to extend a huge thank you to the Rotarians, clubs, and friends who participated in Stock the Box 2020 on October 9th:
Your generous contributions helped District 7430 raise over $41,000 for ShelterBox. These funds will provide displaced families with emergency shelter and tools and afford them protection from the diseases that spread readily in dangerously crowded camps and disaster zones.
We are thankful for the opportunity to come together as a community with our fellow Rotarians to strive for a world where no family is left without shelter. At Stock the Box 2020, President of ShelterBox USA Kerri Murray and Response Team Member Bill Decker expressed their appreciation for District 7430’s ongoing support and shared the challenges Covid-19 is presenting to their work. Rotarians who were unable to attend can still view a recording of their presentations on YouTube.
Club that were unable to participate in Stock the Box 2020 are still invited to donate to ShelterBox and have an ambassador present at one of your meetings. Your support makes a tangible difference!
