ShelterBox Stock the Box 2020

In their new role as ShelterBox ambassadors for District 7430, The Rotary Club of Saucon, Center Valley is hosting a FREE online Stock the Box event on October 9^th from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Register here.

The purpose of this event is to highlight ShelterBox's vital work, celebrate our district’s ShelterBox giving, and top last year’s district total of $71,532. We were the number 1 ShelterBox supporting district last year and we’d like to continue our collective commitment to providing all families with a safe place to call home!

We invite all Rotarians to participate.

1. Attend and learn more about Rotary’s partner in global disaster relief directly from President of ShelterBox USA Kerri Murray and ShelterBox Response Team Member Bill Decker.

2. Invite guests who would like to know more about Rotary and its global project partner.

3. Support ShelterBox financially through your club or using the donation options provided at the event.

4. Hold a Covid-safe Shine for ShelterBox dinner and/or Stock the Box viewing party on October 9^th. The ShelterBox website provides more information on this option and offers a free fundraising pack.

10^th Annual Race to ZERO

This year the race is going virtual. Cost is $25 per person, $50 per family team.

Register now and walk, run or wheel to complete your own 5K before October 24, 2020. Take a “selfie” and submit to the District 7430 Facebook page.

Then register to attend the Virtual Celebration Zoom on Saturday, 10/24/2020 at 10AM when we will mark historic progress toward a polio-free world. This event will feature Michael McGovern, Chair of Rotary International PolioPlus Committee. We will also hear from Rotarians who have been engaged as PolioPlus People of Action around our district. You’ll have an opportunity to connect with Rotarian friends near and far. The event promises prizes, surprises and lots of fun!
