September is Basic Education & Literacy Month in our Rotary world. Many clubs have perennial projects that support this cause and impact our communities. It is also the time of year that Rotary Zones around the world conduct training for leaders in our districts. Over the last few years, the Zone 28 & 32 Institute has been open to all Rotarians to attend. This year the opportunity for you to beinvolvedis easier than ever.
The Zone Institute will be held on September 23, 24, & 25, 2020 7:00-8:30 pm. Registration is free. Then register to attend the Virtual Celebration Zoom on Saturday, 10/24/2020 at 10AM when we will mark historic progress toward a polio-free world. This event will feature Michael McGovern, Chair of Rotary International PolioPlus Committee. We will also hear from Rotarians who have been engaged as PolioPlus People of Action around our district. You’ll have an opportunity to connect with Rotarian friends near and far. The event promises prizes, surprises and lots of fun!
