U.S. Marine Corps Captain Nick Millward, from New Tripoli, PA has been awarded the prestigious Rotary Peace Scholar Award. Millward, District 7430’s nominee, will depart from the Marines and spend the next two years at the University of Queensland, Australia, pursuing a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Peacetime Studies.
