Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
A top priority for Rotary is growing and diversifying our membership to make sure we reflect the communities we serve and are inclusive to all cultures, experiences and identities. I am pleased to announce the formation of the D7430 Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee.  This committee will be led by Co-Chairs Mary Cook (Collegeville RC) and Dan Watson-Bey (Harleysville RC.)  You are invited to register now to attend an introductory workshop on Saturday, March 6 at 10:00 am.  All D7430 Rotarians are welcome!

All Things Rotary Podcast

A new year bring opportunities for new ideas, which is why we are excited to share with you that the Rotary CDS (Club and District Support) Americas team is now hosting a monthly podcast*: All Things Rotary: A CDS Podcast.

Hosted by Nick Taylor (CDS officer), and produced by Sarah Steacy (CDS officer), All Things Rotary will bring together voices from around the Rotary world to find a new approach to All Things Rotary. We will tackle questions that we hear from Rotarians the most, such as:

· How can I actually start a Rotary Club?
· Does club attendance really matter? Engagement vs. attendance.
· How do I work with club members I don’t always get along with?

These are just to name a few. Our first episode, But Like, How Do I Actually Start a Rotary Club? is available to download now, wherever you get your podcasts from (Spotify/ Apple Podcasts etc.) We would love if you could kindly share this information with your clubs, and of course, take a listen yourself!
