Join fellow Rotarians for an energizing, hands-on workshop designed to help your club chart a clear, strategic path forward at the Club Action Plan 2.0 Workshop. Saturday, October 10, from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Moravian University (Bethlehem). This immersive session dives into Rotary’s Four Priorities through four practical planning tracks that empower clubs to build a stronger, more sustainable future:
• ENGAGE – Develop a Membership Plan Priority: Enhance Participant Engagement Strengthen your club’s membership experience with strategies that attract, engage, and retain members through meaningful participation.
• REACH – Develop a Public Image Plan Priority: Expand Our Reach Learn how to elevate your club’s visibility, tell your Rotary story effectively, and connect with your community in powerful new ways.
• IMPACT – Develop a Signature Service Project Priority: Increase Our Impact Identify and shape a signature project that reflects your club’s strengths and meets real community needs.
• ADAPT – Develop a Club Management & Culture Plan Priority: Increase Our Ability to Adapt Build a flexible, forward-thinking club culture supported by effective management practices and long-term planning.
